  Unfortunately, I found this salon to be completely lacking in basic hairdressing skills, by all staff I encountered. I visited on a Saturday. The girl who washed my hair made no contact at all with my scalp. My roots were not washed at all and she merely glided her hands over my head. I heard the owner telling her quietly, that the last person whose hair she'd washed, had not had the conditioner washed out properly. When I got home, I realised this was the case with me - my hair was heavy, lank, dull, with roots and scalp unwashed and my hair still had conditioner in it.
  
  As for the blow-dry - I had (I think), the owners school-girl daughter dry my hair. Whist she was a pleasant girl and made a valiant effort, she was clearly not trained/skilled to perform an expert, professional blow dry, that I had specifically requested with the owner, when I booked. Obviously, it did not help that I still had conditioner in my roots, but she could not get a straightness without straighteners, she back -combed my hair from the top layer, on top of my head, rather than start underneath the top layer - I therefore had frizzy, static hair for the party I was attending. She also did not know to blow dry against the direction of growth of my difficult fringe - I tried to tell her, but she could not work it out.
  The wash and blow dry was very cheap, but 1)the owner needs to get her shampoos to practice on herself - she was truly dreadful at it 2) the owner should explain that the blow-dry will be with a year 11 school girl .

  Had my eyelashes done by Demi who I've got to say is amazing I completely love them would want them done again and I have had them done again and again
